Job Description

Answering Customer Queries(technical)
Technical Troubleshooting
Providing Excellent Customer Service
Building a rapport with customers
Involves working in shifts


Knowledge of Hardware and Networking is preferred
Min Education Qualification: 10+2 or Graduates and Above
Age criteria 21 - 35 years
Excellent Communication skills
