Job Description

Involves handling inbound Calls for UK Customers
Involves resolving customer queries related to insurance
Should have excellent English communication and English grammar skills
Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries, ability to communicate correctly and clearly
Attractive incentives and perks would be rewarded

Should have Good listening skills
Proven record of selling ability


Good communication skills (No grammatical errors and No MTI)
Age restriction up to 28 yrs
Anglo-Indians / Convent educated persons will be given preference
Should be flexible and adaptable
Freshers or international call center experienced candidates can also apply
Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based International Call centre (0 -1yr) will be considered
