Job Description

Assist customers with understanding products and services
Identify and resolve customer problems or assign to an appropriate resource
Provide customers with account information on issues such as billing, taxes,equipment and returns
Document customer interaction information

Requisites

Min Education Qualification: Graduates or 10+2
Age criteria 19 - 35 years
Excellent Communication skills
You must be a team player
Willingness to work in shifts
Knowledge of MS Office
